This may be the most delicious, nutritious and energizing breakfast you’ll ever make. (2 portions)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal.
  • 500 ml of water.
  • 2 tsp. vanilla.
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon powder.
  • 2 tbsp. honey.
  • 1 pinch of salt sea.
  • 4 tbsp. chia seeds.

Add the water, cinnamon and vanilla in a pot and bring it to boil. Once it starts simmering reduce it to low heat and add the oats. Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes and set it aside. Cover it and leave it for 5 minutes to soak. Add the honey and the salt and mix it all well. Pour it in a bowl while it’s still hot and add the chia seeds. Mix it all in and enjoy your high-energy breakfast. You could add some fruits as well, per taste, such as bananas, strawberries, apple, or eat it plain. It’s delicious both ways!
