Now let’s dwell on the software and hardware of the device. The Mi TV 3S 65-inch comes with the MIUI TV software which is based on the Android Operating System. It is not stated the version of Android the TV is built on, but it is very much likely Android 7.0 Nougat (maybe half of it) or 6.0 Marshmallow at least.
On the hardware side, there are two variants of the Xiaomi Mi TV 3S 65-inch; the standard version and the Home Theatre version. The standard version comes with two 2.5-inch Woofers, and two dome tweeter to support the primary sound output of the TV. It also has advanced audio features like Dolby Virtual Surround Sound, DTS and Bass Boost.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 3S 65-inch Home Theatre version has all the features and hardware of the standard version and comes with two 5GHz Wireless satellite surround speakers, a wireless transceiver, and a Subwoofer as an addition. The combination of these three additional components makes the setup familiar to what you get with a full Home Theatre system, hence the name.
