If you’re looking to loose a couple of inches before a big event or you want a more toned stomach, a DIY body wrap is just the thing you’re looking for! This DIY body wrap burns fat really fast, especially around the abdominal area. The reason why this works is because the plastic that’s wrapped around the body squeezes the skin, which in turn will make it sweat. Sweating burns fat, so the longer you leave your wrap on, the more inches you could loose!
The ginger and lotion will help the areas sweat easier and faster, therefore burning fat. After you’ve removed the wrap, wash off the remaining lotion/sweat. You should see an immediate result, but you can repeat the procedure 2-3 times a week.
