Keep your Mailer Boxes in a stack and fold one at a time for best results.
This is the interior of your box. Bending the lines indicated will create folds in your box.
Fold the walls along the lines. It will facilitate the next steps.
Note: Do not press the walls at the folding lines with too much strength. The fold angle should not be bigger than 90 degrees.
If you do not fold the cardboard along the double bending lines in two of the walls, your box will not be assembled correctly.
The next step is to assemble the interior walls of your box by folding the walls on the sides, as shown in the picture.
To close the box, tuck in the sides so the sticky parts fit into the slit at the bottom of the box.
Fold the remaining sides of your box until all four sides are folded. Your wings should fit snugly into the side panels.

Use a different type of adhesive for the Mailer Box F44.1.
Bend the inner wings when folding the shorter walls, like in the photo below. It is crucial for your box to be correctly closed.
